What is the cost of booking with Venue2go.com?
There is no cost to you at all! Just pay for the venue you want.
Why should I use Venue2go.com over other corporate booking sites?
Venue2go.com was set up to be a simple, easy to use website that gives its customers what they want. Simply let us bring business event organisers with venues.
Can I cancel or amend my booking?
Yes you can as long as you make the cancellation or changes in line with the venue’s policy. The venue might charge a fee, these details can be found upon the venue’s terms and conditions.
In the event that you may require a cancellation the venue will be advised to offer you a mutually convenient date for a replacement booking.
How and when will I know my cancellation has taken place?
You will be contacted with conformation by the venue.
If I were to modify my booking would the same room/venue price still apply?
Venue prices are updated constantly therefore any modifications made to your booking may be subject to prices advertised at that date.
How will my booking be confirmed?
On completion of your booking you will be provided with a booking reference number.
Can I use more than one credit card to pay for my booking?
At this time only one source of credit can be used to complete a payment for a booking,in conjunction with a PayPal account.
Will any of my details be used by Venue2go in marketing?
No, your details will not be used by us or passed on to other parties for marketing purposes.
How many days can I book online?
As many as are available.
Can I book more than one room at one time?
Yes you can.
What steps do we take to make your online payments secure?

Is VAT included in prices?
Venue’s listing prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate. For further information please refer to Venue2go’s terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the venue.
Does Venue2go.com have a mobile site?
Yes, we have a fully integrated mobile site.
What is the minimum age to make a booking?
You must be aged 18 years or over to make a booking on Venue2go.com
Why should I book with Venue2go.com?
We are here to help you as an impartial venue referral site. If we can make your booking experience a little easier, then we are a lot happier.
What information do I need to make a booking?
Nothing out of the ordinary! Just a credit or debit card and preferably linked to a Pay Pal account along with the contact details registered to the card.
Payment can be made without holding a PayPal account. Just using your debit/credit card paying straight into venue2go.com’s PayPal account.
We do try to make payments simple,and you will get a receipt with a pacific reference number to be able to track your payments.
Who updates the venue listings?
Information is provided by the venue and then updated onto Venue2go by us. The accuracy of that information is the responsibility of the venue. This includes descriptions, facility listings, photographs and all other related items.
Who can help me with my Venue2go listing?
If you have any questions relating to your listing please contact us, and we will help you in any way we can via the contact form.
Which filter options will my venue be listed in?
At Venue2go we have four filter options; Location, Rate, Cost and Facilities. Each of these options in turn then split into further filter options to make clients site navigation easier. Your venue will be included within the filter option you have listed at your venue.
What venue fees do I have to pay to Venue2go?
The only fee you pay is a 8% commission on bookings.
How do I receive payments from clients when they book my venue?
You will receive payment, minus 8% commission, from Venue2go via Pay Pal.
Does a small venue have the same chance as a large venue on Venue2go?
Yes it does, all venues are listed on what they offer, location and dates available.
What information do I need to supply to list in the Business Directory?
All you need is your contact details, company name and what you do. And of course your website address which will link to your website. Then add your logo. Find all these details and more on a downloadable form when you add your listing.
Who will see my listing on the Business Directory?
We offer a venue referral service which is based on a business target market. Those business event organisers who are looking for corporate venues and venues looking for service providers needing some help.
What is the cost involved in listing in the Business Directory?

What is the minimum term for a Business Directory Listing?
The term for Business Directory listings is 28 days. As your term comes to expire we will contact you to re subscribe for another 28 days.
How do I donate to your charity of the month?
Donate directly to the charity by clicking on their banner on the homepage.
I am a charity, how do you select charities for your website?
At Venue2go we believe in putting something back into society. That's way we intend to nominate one charity annually to receive our support. Giving them the opportunity to add their website link to our homepage, hopefully giving charities the support they deserve. These charities are chosen in advance by us on a national basis.
